Dream House
We have been renting an apartment for five years now. And since our family is growing, my husband and I have decided to have a house of our own. We looked for a suitable place where we will settle and after we find the right place we went straight to the bank. We applied for a house loan and had a assurance payable in twenty years. The rate was minimal and based on our combined income, we can pay for it easily. The construction of the house will start by next week and the target completion date was after three months. That would mean after three months we can transfer to our own house. The design of the house was simple, two storey with three bedrooms and a small garden and a nice foyer. I have always wanted to have a home I can call my own but when I got a job I settle in an apartment unit and acquiring a new home came out of the way and I knew all my rights at the scpi scellier
My husband also rent a unit since he doesn’t want to manage his own house . But things got different now that we are having our third baby, we needed more space and a bigger apartment unit would be more costly than paying a home mortgage. I couldn’t wait to decorate our new home, I would put gardenias and tulips in the garden, I will have powder blue and baby pink as the color of the paint. I will also apply for a house insurance. I know there are a lot of work to be done and we have just started, it will still be a long way to go. Soon there will be two new things that will come in our lives, our new house and the new baby. Now I believe when people say, “life can’t wait.” And now we are the mutuelle familiale .
